The many of the inlets on SWPPP plan are either uncovered, or covered with plastic but it is breaking down with rips and holes or it isn’t sealed around pipes. No Filter Fabric on any inlets. Plastic can be used to keep out water on as needed basis. Pipes that are also lifted above grade also do not need filter fabric. |
