Laps should be 2’ and placed side by side. Stake wattle to SWPPP plan. Sand bags to used if staking is not practical, or not snug up to fencing. Approximately 50% of wattle is breaking down or missing/ non functional and needs to be replaced. The many of the inlets on SWPPP plan are either uncovered, or covered with plastic but it is breaking down with rips and holes or it isn’t sealed around pipes. No Filter Fabric on any inlets. Plastic can be used to keep out water on as needed basis. Pipes that are also lifted above grade also do not need filter fabric. |
