07/08/2025 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up N/A Re-inspection required The current Construction Track Out exiting the site at S Belvedere Ave is not on the Swppp Plan. In any case if this Trackout is approved in this location it needs to be cleaned. The rocks are clogged with dirt and it is not functioning as designed. Angular 2-3”rock, not river rock needs to be added to maintain 6’ depth, 30’ width and 50’ Length dimensions. Rock needs to be placed over Non woven black Mirafi fabric. See Detail in the Swppp plan.
Waddle needs to be placed at the former entrance/exit at south end of site.
The Northwest corner of the site is unprotected. The site slopes downgrade to that corner and the N screen wall ends there. That area needs a berm or other BMP to prevent storm water from exiting the site.
The concrete washout area is full and starting to overflow. hardened concrete needs to be disposed of and washout needs to function as designed per plan.

I talked to the superintendent about the items listed and that they need corrective action. He informed me that they are currently repairing the Track out at the south end of the site.

18" X 10" pony wall footer for dog park behind building. Two number five continuous bars with number five verts every 48 inches. Verts are placed correctly at the start and end of walls and at expansion joints, ties correct. Compaction good- Okay to pour. Grout all below grade cells and reinforced cells and vibrate grout.

South parking lot Bays and Diveline. Bays at 2.5" depth curbs correct and marked for asphalt thickness. Driveline not 100% with 3" Depth. Winrow needs clean up and a couple areas need to be shaved .5" Compaction reports for this areas not yet ready. Okay to Pave this area pending complying compaction tests of AB and driveline depth issues are fixed that I discussed with contractor. I will be out early Monday to confirm and to inspect North parking area.
06/26/2025 For trash and recycling enclosures N/A Partial Pass 6/26/25 Both refuse enclosure walls are about 5'. Reinforcing correct. Okay to pour grout.
Vibrate all reinforced cells. After grout is poured do not build walls past 6ft. I need to resolve issue about wall height discrepancy with my supervisor. This will be resolved soon.
