1. Adjust any water harvest infiltration areas in conflict with the new wall(s). Show updated applicable landscape sheets. IE: Water harvesting infiltration area needs to be removed due to the new wall, and that area (square footage of WHIA) needs to be removed from the water harvest calculation.

1. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.O – The 8’-0” wall shown within the R-1 portion of the site exceeds the allowed 6’-0” height allowed within the perimeter yard, UDC Article 6.6.2.I. Either demonstrate that the area above 6’-0” meets one of the options listed under UDC Article 6.6.2.I or a Design Development Option (DDO) for wall height will need to be submitted and approved.
