Also Landscape areas along MLK are at grade with Hardscape and need to be lowered.. This was discussed with contractor and he will be addressing these areas.

Sidewalk ramp at driveway on northside is not poured. Scupper at East side of building is going to be modified from a type one because there isn’t enough vertical separation for specified pipe to fit. engineer/contractor is proposing using a modified type two configuration 8 inches W by 3 inches H. Curb ramp at south east corner of building at drive-through is also not poured. At South side of West parking lot there’s a sidewalk between the parking lot and the drive-through area. There is a vertical curb from the sidewalk into the parking area. That is a tripping hazard the engineer OK RFI for the sidewalk.

07/01/2025 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed Construction has started. Went over inspections and trash enclosure specs. This trash enclosure is different than our specs in several ways. 8' walls with a roofed storage area behind it.

SWPPP board not installed, track pad has the wrong material. Heavy track out noticed on the TMC One parking lot needs to be cleaned up. Gates were swung in a direction that impacted traffic to the TMC site.
09/02/2025 Consultation SITE Passed Light pole footing inspection: All 13 footings are of proper diameter and depth, rebar cage is accurate to plans. Okay to pour 13 light pole footings.
12/02/2025 ENGR Grading Final Passed contractors good to pave tomorrow..
