Bio retention areas are not sufficiently depressed. They have just little channels between the curb cuts. These channels need to be at least widened and areas of the bio retention islands that don’t have the channels. Also need to be depressed in order to infiltrate water. You don’t need to dig out the trees, but areas in these islands that can be depressed. Need to be depressed. The notes in the landscaping say all landscaped areas should be 2 inches below sidewalk or paved areas. |
