| 01/09/2026 | Not Ready | Scuppers on SE side of parking lot are not complete. Scupper walls were not poured with the floor so rebar needs to be epoxy into the floor to make a solid connection. Sidewalk ramp at driveway on northside is not poured. Scupper at East side of building is going to be modified from a type one because there isn’t enough vertical separation for specified pipe to fit. engineer/contractor is proposing using a modified type two configuration 8 inches W by 3 inches H. Curb ramp at south east corner of building at drive-through is also not poured. At South side of West parking lot there’s a sidewalk between the parking lot and the drive-through area. There is a vertical curb from the sidewalk into the parking area. That is a tripping hazard the engineer OK RFI for the sidewalk. |
