1- Clean material off HC ramps, westside of project.
2- Clean wash out next to 1309 Woodbine Ln.
Spoke to Ron with KB Homes in regards to issues, also the need to stabilize all areas distrubed by construction.
11/20/2008 LANDSCAPE INSPECTION ACONNOR Approved According to the approved tentative plat Case# S02-046 the 30 feet wide buffer, adjacent to the MS&R right-of-way line, is to be preserved and maintained in its natural state. The buffer area shall be in lieu of the landscape border required along street frontages under LUC 3.7.0, Landscaping and Screening Regulations. No development may occur in a Scenic Route buffer area except as provided in Sec. 3.7.5.2.C. Decomposed granite or Decorative rock can not be located within scenic buffer along Mission Rd.
08/13/2009 GRADING - TIER REV ELEIBOLD Approved A COPY OF THE FINAL REVISED AS-BUILT GRADING PLANS SUBMITTED 12AUG09 ARE BEING FORWARDED TO INSPECTIONS. DIRTGUY SAYS CLOSURE LETTERS WILL BE SUBMITTED AFTER FINAL ENGR INSPECTION IS APPROVED.
