According to the approved tentative plat Case# S02-046 the 30 feet wide buffer, adjacent to the MS&R right-of-way line, is to be preserved and maintained in its natural state. The buffer area shall be in lieu of the landscape border required along street frontages under LUC 3.7.0, Landscaping and Screening Regulations. No development may occur in a Scenic Route buffer area except as provided in Sec. 3.7.5.2.C. Decomposed granite or Decorative rock can not be located within scenic buffer along Mission Rd. |
