SUMMARY: Closure assistance documentation in form of grading detail sheets, drainage statement, and geotechnical letter, were received by Engineering on February 11, 2009. Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends approval of the grading closure documentation without the following conditions to the grading permit.

GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS:
The following conditions apply to grading permit T03BU01937- R:
1) Prior to project close-out, the project will still require a proposed solution to the erosion issues at the top of slope north of Woodsville Drive.
2) Any remaining improvements or remediation required for the SCZ area shall be completed to the satisfaction of DSD Landscaping.
3) Special Inspection required. Geotechnical Statement is required to be submitted stating that the recommendations of the Geotechnical Engineer has been followed for earthwork near lots 56-62 and 112 and 114, See Geotechnical Subsurface Evaluation prepared by GRC Consultants Inc (Dated 12-15-03).
