Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends approval of the grading permit for closure as long as the following documentation is submitted per the following conditions to the grading permit. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following conditions apply to grading permit T03BU01937- R2: 1) Any remaining improvements or remediation required for the SCZ area shall be completed to the satisfaction of DSD Landscaping. 2) Submit 2 copies of the following closure documentation letters: a) Copies of the geotechnical field reports or a final geotechnical conformance letter stating geotechnical constraints were met with regard to this project and in particular: the addenda relating to the north slope, and the fill for the glass bottle dump area. Geotechnical Statement is required to be submitted stating that the recommendations of the Geotechnical Engineer has been followed for earthwork near lots 56-62 and 112 and 114; see Geotechnical Subsurface Evaluation prepared by GRC Consultants Inc (Dated 12-15-03). b) A copy of a drainage letter stating that the final project for Starr Pass Heights conforms to the drainage design of approved plans and reports and in particular the drainage statement / addenda as well as City drainage regulations. c) A copy of a drainage letter that states the Starr Pass Heights basins function to City standards with regard to function and drain-down time. If there were any previous punchlist items that required post construction percolation test results, also submit those documents. d) A copy of a substantial completion letter by current engineer for Starr Pass Heights project stating that the project substantially conforms to approved plans and approved revised grading plans. 3) A copy of the submitted plans will be forwarded to the Engineering Inspectors at this time for their final inspection.
