Ann additional copy of the SWPPP was received 22JUL04. Engineering Division recommends approval of the grading plan. The following conditions apply to the grading permit: GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1) VACATION OF EAST BRITTANIA DRIVE MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO FINAL GRADING INSPECTION APPROVAL. 2) SPECIAL INSPECTION REQUIRED. GEOTECHNICAL STATEMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED STATING THAT THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER HAS BEEN FOLLOWED FOR EARTHWORK NEAR LOTS 56 -62 AND 112-114. SEE GEOTECHNICAL SUBSURFACE EVALUATION PREPARED BY GRC CONSULTANTS, INC. (DATED 12-15-03). Provide compiled copies of the final Drainage Report and the Geotechnical Report with addenda.
