10/15/2008 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Install header on HC ramp next to 1492 Beantree Ln.
2- Stabilize side slope along San Marcos Blvd.
3- Stabilize side slope north of basin 1 and 2.
4- Remove all SWPPP controls.
5- Stabilize side slope north side of project.
6- Install handrail per approved drawing, detail C on sheet 9.
7- Address erosion lot 17.
8- Address erosion in basin 3.
9- Address erosion south of lot 54.
10- Address erosion in CA-B.
This is not a complete punch list. Contractor needs to address items and call in for re-inspection.
03/15/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval No activity, no work on punch list.
02/08/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to address:
1- Special goetech recomnendations.
2- Stabilize all side slopes per note #10 on approved drawings.
Will meet Paul on site and go over approved drawing.
01/29/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Partial punch list, contractor needs to supply approved drawings for inspection.
1- Address basins holding water for more then 24 hours.
2- Provide letter from engineer in regards to chapter XIV, section 14.2 (7).
3- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
4- Complete all sidewalk.
5- Install all handrail called out on approved drawings.
6- Backfill around all perimeter walls.
7- Engineer needs to address new drainage channel and have approved.
8- Rip rap all side slopes per the approved drawings.
9- Replace wash spillway. Northeast side. (cracked)
10- Remove all construction debris.
11- Cut bleeder pipe from phase 1 basin.
11/07/2006 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Met with Elizabeth and TDOT in regards to sidewalk around perimeter of project. TDOT wants a 5 foot sidewalk with a 2 to 3 foot utility strip between sidewalk and curb. Placement may very so utility poles and bus stop don't interfere.
10/19/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued correction notice. Contractor needs to install sidewalk around perimeter of project. Per stamp on approved drawings. Spoke to Brain in regards to, Brain said he would start the installation on Monday 10/23/06.
08/03/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to address lot drainage lots 22 thru 28. Not draining per the approved drawing. Lots are draining from lot to lot across draiveways about 1 foot from the house.
