Hey Bob,
Just wanted to send you a quick note in regards to SWPPP issues. The last couple of months things have started to head down hill. I was at Starr Pass Heights yesterday and issued a Correction Notice, gave the super 3 days to get things cleaned up or I will issue a Stop Work Order. This was the second in as may months. The subs are washing out in the streets, the concrete wash out area had overflowed and ran down the hill for about 50 feet and the silt fencing on the eastside is falling down. These are only a few of the items I noticed. I don't want to issue a Stop Work Order but if things keep going like they are I will have no choice.

Also EPA is in town and Starr Pass Heights is on the list for sites to visit.

05/24/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Met with Bob Mallory on site and went over stormwater issues. Contractor made correction to site.
05/23/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued Correction Notice. Contractor given 3 days to get site in compliance, if not will issue a Stop Work Order.
Contractor needs to address:
1- Clean concrete wash out (run off, overflow) 4th. notice.
2- Clean mason wash out in front of lot 30 and 31.
3- Keep streets clean.
4- Clean drywall wash out. Entire project.
5- Keep concrete wash out area in working order.
6- Repair silt fence eastside of project.
Contractor needs to get this project in compliance.
