The Nursery did not do well. Only 2 Palo Verde are viable.

Disturbed areas North and East os site have been cleaned smoothed and hydro seeded. Other areas were DG'd. NPPO was checked and okayed and plants and equipment are in place. Plants look healthy.

I went through the history NPPO. Brian initially noted issues but then approved of the nursery. The nursery had a hard time over the summer. But the plants that did survive were replanted and are on irrigation. I can Identify 1 large Palo Verde but unfortunately that is it. The few viable trees that survived that I saw were viable are mixed in. No Barrels survived the nursery. However I have counted 11 Barrels in the landscape and they are doing well. That is more than viable TOS and PIP.

The PIP mesquite is doing well and Total amount of Mesquite in landscape is greater than TOS and PIP.

Total Palo Verde is also greater than TOS PV

I also identified 1 healthy Iron Wood and There was 1 TOS Iron Wood.
