Disturbed areas North and East os site have been cleaned smoothed and hydro seeded. Other areas were DG'd. NPPO was checked and okayed and plants and equipment are in place. Plants look healthy.
12/18/2025 LAND Landscape Appearance & Function Final Partial Pass The Landscaped areas adjacent to the building are complete. The areas adjacent to the road are in process of being completed and are almost 100%. Areas along the Street are almost complete with the exception of the area next to the temporary Silting Basin. Areas away from the building on far side of parking lot to the East, North and west are in process. 2 of 3 PIP Were preserved. 1 Fishhook will be mitigated.
The Nursery did not do well. Only 2 Palo Verde are viable.
TOS mitigation required:

2 Palo Verde.
1 Velvet Mesquite
2 Fishhook Barrell
Plants and Materials correct in Finished areas. Equipment Correct. Irrigation functioning.
Disturbed areas to the East and NE of site will need to have any construction debris removed and the area needs to be revegetated with hydroseed.
