12/03/2025 ENGR Paving N/A Partial Pass 12/3/25
Paving inspection for asphalt paving to be placed 7:30AM. Compaction is being tested at the same time as inspection. Results so far have all complied at 100% or above. Paving will be done in two lifts. First lift 1.5" and then second lift later 1.5". contractor will send me pictures of areas that needed to be scraped and rolled so all areas are compacted with no loose material. Contractor will start paving at the northwest side of site and will leave the area around the refuse enclosures unpaved and then continue south and around the building all the way to the northeast. Okay to pave this area, pending pictures, complying compaction tests in all areas and weather permitting.

08/18/2025 NPPO Pre-Construction Passed Plants have been tagged and flagged for preservation in accordance with NPPO. Okay to begin grubbing.
09/09/2025 SITE - Stormwater Setup and Controls Passed Initial stormwater measures are in place, CGP will need to be updated to the 2025 permit. Continued site maintenance will be monitored.
09/08/2025 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed Pre-construction meeting is complete. Once all stormwater controls are in place, “Stormwater Initial” inspection should be scheduled. Okay to begin initial land clearing prior to plant relocation.
11/21/2025 Passed 11/21/25
Subgrade of PAAL from ROW to end of radius curves on curbs East and West. Contractor will place 4" ABC with 3" of Asphalt in all of this area in PAAL and parking spaces. Medium duty in plans. Compaction testing of area complies. Submit compaction reports. String line between curbs and hubs is good. No areas that are too high. Some areas are deeper but contractor will increase AB thickness in these areas. AB will be checked with Blue Tops before paving. Okay to place AB in this area. All Subgrade has now been inspected in Paved Areas. Intention is to have all AB inspected at same time, with tolerance of .25".
Request Paving Inspection when ABC is ready.
