Areas of concern are: 2 culvert outlets on south side, SW parking lot transition to basin P1, basin P1 outflow pipe, downspout scupper on west side, 2 additional downspouts on west side, basin P2 outflow pipe, 2 curb cuts on east side PAAL, 2 ends of retaining wall where flow will concentrate. |
