PCCP 6" north of store from last cold joint at start of Catch Basin in middle of driveline.
Submit compaction reports in Subgrade and AB to the portal.
Expansion material at cold joints and dowels at joint of previous pour.
Spoils pile needs to be cleaned up to south of catch basin. Send picture showing this.
Okay to place 6" concrete paving up to expansion joint in gutter curb approximately 20 ft east of manhole. Submit compaction reports and cylinders results to the permit.
Okay to pour further west pending pictures of correct grading and depths and pending compaction reports up to and past stoop and man hole west to corner of building.

Seven 6" pipe Bollards are spaced 5' OC in front of Entryway. Depth of Footers is 51". As you go east the entryway becomes block wall adjacent to sidewalk. Here the spacing of 7 more is 8' OC per plans and accepted by Tsmr. Okay to pour bollards.

Sidewalk section not Poured yesterday ready between cold joints. Toe down at bollard correct and dowels and expansion joints good. Another formed area in front of cart service door ready with expansion joints material and dowels.
Okay to pour these areas.
