Drain Pipe into Curb Catch Basin. 12" into 24" RCP Lateral joint correct per MAG STD DTL 525 type 1 Approx 40% elbow joint in 12" RCP needs 3rd hoop in middle and cross bars at 12" OC per MAG detail 505. Send me pictures of correct reinforcement per detail before completing collar. Now corrected. Ok to build collar. we will look at both when we come out. Wrong Catch Basin Was used in curb. It should be a PAG 307 Double CB per keynote in plan- currently a single in place. Do not back backfill this until Type of CB is resolved and we see correct joint in CB. Also electric lines are tucked under curb at CB. This needs to be resolved. As well. Call us back out for both joints. |

Storm Drain pipe invert is too high to bottom of CB. Clean out CB and Epoxy set two bars into floor. This will prevent displacement from hydraulic action. Place concrete up to invert. Low point of floor is storm drain invert. Send pictures of epoxy set bars. Okay to backfill. Shade correctly, Compact lifts to 95%. To the east 10” PVC Storm drain from Loading dock running 25’ N to main is correct to plan. Okay to connect to main. request inspection before backfilling. |

Okay to backfill. Submit compaction reports. |
