It is not sufficient otherwise. Keep sidewalk and egress route clear of any obstructions and fence off any equipment or materials from this Egress Route to ensure safety. |

| 12/09/2025 | Partial Pass | 12/9/25 30' x 3' sidewalk formed for domes in front of front of entryway, behind line of 7 bollards at 5' oc. Bollard footer dims correct. 4" sidewalk for domes have #4 @ 16" EW. Dowels will be placed on either side of domes for reinforced turn down at bollards and sidewalk to building. Building also has dowels. Ok to pour domes and bollards pending they are plumb and correct before pour. To east of 5' OC bollards the spacing changes to 8' OC per plan this sidewalk also has no grade separation. 7 are dug. 8' spacing is okay per accepted Tsmr. |

Pictures showing rebar mat being centered in area of sidewalk that needs to traversed with concrete buggy will be sent. Expansion material in place. Place expansion joints at 40' intervals. Okay to pour Sidewalk. |
