| 07/17/2024 | SITE | N/A | Not Ready | WHIA-1, seams to be working as designed, water looks to be held appropriately at the 3' mark and it seems now the water line is at approximately 1'-6''. Outlet to street should have the wattle removed on the street side of the outlet. WHIA-2, In this area there doesn't seam to be anywhere where water could collect to be considered as water harvesting. Everything seams to flow towards the drain/swale areas and to the street. WHIA-3 Is on the outside of the site on Voyager Rd. It seams to be working as designed. Again wattle on the street side of the outlet should be removed for proper flow. WHIA-4 AT Walnut Creek and Fossil Creek intersection, on the outside of the corner. This area is being impacted by sediment build up due to no SWPPP in place in the interior of the project and will very soon need to be cleaned up. This area is holding water over the 24 hour period. WHIA-4 at Walnut Creek and Fossil Creek intersection, on the inside corner. This area if to be water harvesting cannot be seen, there looks to be a swale rather then a depression. WHIA-4 at Fossil Creek just before Boulder Creek intersection on the west side. This area is working properly but inlet again is being impacted by sediment due to no SWPPP in place. WHIA-4 All other areas with this tag are if meant to be Water Harvesting are flat with no retention. WHIA-5 at the cult de sac at the east end of Old Trails Rd. This area is being impacted by silt due to no SWPPP being in place. WHIA-5 at the south side of the property going from east to west. This area seams to be working well, flow, going in both directions and a minor bit of retention for plant watering. |
