New stock pile is not allowed to be over 8' in hgt. and a stock pile permit is required. BMPs need to be installed per SWPPP for the stock pilling of dirt. Streets should be swept after every rain event totaling 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain fall to keep sediment out of basins/water harvesting areas. |
