1. The track out at Lalas Way needs to be repaired to function as in intended currently there is a bypass with no rock on it.
2. The trench berm is not continuous on east side of site. It is interrupted approximately at lot 142 and there is another interruption north of that area. There is another area at Lot 15 on West side where there is no BMP. The SWPPP has continuous BMP’s around Perimeter.
3. The grade Limit T Posts and rope have been knocked over at the NE of site, just west of the Storm Basin. These need to be repaired.
4. On plan it shows OP outlet protection at low point at perimeter at SE end of Site. There is just Trench Berm at this point.
5. inspection Reports need to be kept in SWPPP book.

4-24" RCP (CL II) Drain Pipe. Coming from ROW Catch Basin. Approximately 20' of the RCP is outside ROW running .08% downgrade to Basin N1. Pipes layed out by survey and inverts elevations correct. Pipes bedded in bedding sand. Shaded with bedding sand and AB over shading. When I arrived AB was being compacted with Whacker. I was provided pictures of bedding and shading being compacted with whacker. Second pipe from last to the north, segment furthest east did not have correct downslope (.08%) Contracter corrected this. Contractor notified of need to schedule inspections for drain pipe/structures on the DP outside of ROW for the duration of the project.

I have verified the new Swppp agreement with KB Homes as the Owner/Developer of the new plan and CMG as having 3rd party operational control…It is Signed and looks correct.

New signed Plan will be uploaded today 6/27/25
