East side of Subdivision. Footer Rebar layout is not to plan for Partial View Fence. Columns are only being built at the property lines of each lot. Plan calls for them at 136" on center.

North perimeter at Valencia. Slump block theme wall detail 7 L4.2 on-12 x 18" -Footer. 1 #4 continuous. Verts at 48", 2 every 20' for expansion joint. Do not forget to place open block at 10' OC for drainage as needed. Alternating theme walls with offset steel panel.

Some of the perimeter wall built is at B and B-1 lots. The detail in the DP says these lots shall have block removed at the corners for drainage. This needs to be addressed.
When ready for pre grout inspection request inspection the day before.
11/14/2025 Partial Pass 11/14/25
Contractor has been proceeding with the perimeter walls and building them to plan. This will be uploaded to permit. Today the Est sight wall is being grouted.
The contractor will also vibrate grout in all reinforced cells, consolidating the grout. If mechanical vibrating is not done then puddling grout in 12” lifts is acceptable.
