The trench berm is not continuous on east side of site. It is interrupted approximately at lot 142 and there is another interruption north of that area. There is another area at Lot 15 on West side where there is no BMP. The SWPPP has continuous BMP’s around Perimeter. 3. The grade Limit T Posts and rope have been knocked over at the NE of site, just west of the Storm Basin. These need to be repaired. 4. On plan it shows OP outlet protection at low point at perimeter at SE end of Site. There is just Trench Berm at this point. 5. inspection Reports need to be kept in SWPPP book. |
