Plan Keynote 3 in Construction Notes- 8" PCCP states 6" ABC/Native compacted to 95%.
It then refers to detail 1 sheet 7. This Detail shows ABC compacted to 100%. Geotec Report states that structural fill underneath Concrete Pavement to be compacted to minimum 95%. RFI the Engineer for clarification on this Detail. ABC is testing at 97% in area of concrete placement. Forms are correct with dowels at joint. Thickness correct. Slope correct. Use expansion material to full thickness of concrete. Okay to pour this area pending weather.

Curb forms defining the south side of driveway at north west corner of site. Curb opening, subgrade good. Trackout rock needs to be cleared out from north end of forms, once this area is correct OK to pour this curb.
Curb forms to the south of building. Forms and subgrade are good expansion material in place correctly. Layout correct to survey. These forms are not 100% finished but are Okay to pour based on prior record.

Curbs that has been poured on this site are within acceptable tolerances. Finish looks good, curb openings, and elevations are correct to plan.
These curbs include the majority of the curbing on site in this phase on the south side and west side of the building all the way over to the large retention basin on north side of building. There are a couple islands and other areas that are not yet poured/formed.

Opening in site wall needed for basin overflow noted on plans at corner 20 yards or so south of driveway at NE of site.

Alternating swales and landscaping with headers in between. 2 foot root barriers are in place around trees correctly protecting the headers in this area. Trees planted correctly but not staked correctly to Tree staking detail on LL 2.1. If Trees can support themselves tree staking is not necessary. Otherwise follow this detail.

Trico waterproofing product in place, and iso board is in place up to where continuous rock pocket will be placed. OK to finish planters.

Detail 9 LH2.2 refers to detail in structural. Use this detail 85 or RFI from Engineer. Retaining wall that retain less than 3’ of dirt can use detail 13 Masonry site wall/footing detail, but all cells filled with grout with a bond beam at top at top course if retained earth. Current footer is dimensioned to this detail. but has verts every 8” OC and would be grouted solid. This is sufficient for walls retaining less than 3’ with a bond beam at top of retaining course.
