Curb forms defining the south side of driveway at north west corner of site. Curb opening, subgrade good. Trackout rock needs to be cleared out from north end of forms, once this area is correct OK to pour this curb.
Curb forms to the south of building. Forms and subgrade are good expansion material in place correctly. Layout correct to survey. These forms are not 100% finished but are Okay to pour based on prior record.

Curbs that has been poured on this site are within acceptable tolerances. Finish looks good, curb openings, and elevations are correct to plan.
These curbs include the majority of the curbing on site in this phase on the south side and west side of the building all the way over to the large retention basin on north side of building. There are a couple islands and other areas that are not yet poured/formed.

Opening in site wall needed for basin overflow noted on plans at corner 20 yards or so south of driveway at NE of site.

Sidewalk south of building between sidewalk Scuppers ready to pour. Use Expansion filler at 40' at building and back of curb.

Back sidewalk west of building, starting at SE corner and running north. Expansion material had to go per PAG 200.
Sidewalk West of driveway onto Fair. Expansion material also had to go into this area. Pour happened before I arrived on both areas was able to check them. Expansion joints now corrected. I well check slopes after cured.
Call in flat work inspections before pouring.

Two areas of sidewalk was poured in the courtyard at the west side of building slopes are pretty much flat in this area, slopes are good. Concrete mix has integral colored concrete. I had them place Expansion filler material in these areas and it now complies.
Curb Ramp is formed in this area also. Slope is correct to ADA. Turndown correct except it was missing 1 #4 bar in the turn down. Send picture of rebar in place 3” clear of dirt. okay to pour pending picture.

Forms are ready for sidewalk adjacent to header curb of ADA parking in front of west side of building. Forms are correct. Use expansion filler material between header, sidewalk, cold joints and maximum 40 linear'. Curb ramp forms also good slopes good rebar in place correct at turn down. AB compacted and good.

Sidewalk adjacent to NW corner of building over to inside corner of building south of fire engine doors. Everything looks good. Will check when cured to ensure slopes comply.

Sidewalks in front of fitness area in between colored concrete areas and running over to other court yard to south along building. Concrete has been placed in forms, slopes comply. Sidewalk correct.

Sidewalk area to the north of fire engine garage doors where hose racks will be placed.
Contractor will send pictures of header and transitions from vertical curve to header. And dowels cut so they are 3 inches away from dirt. OK to pour sidewalk area. AB compacted correct and forms correct.
