6/14/24: footing for CMU at pool equipment partial pass 40' west of broken gas pipe sleeve. Will have to get visual on fix for future inspection. 1 column footing at north west corner of club house and 2 column footings south west of clubhouse.
6/17/24: 14 column footings at west half of site ok to pour.
6/18/24: footing for CMU wall at pool equipment passed ok to pour. Corrections have been made and plumbing has been moved/sleeved.
6/27/2024: Pool enclosure columns. Detail 59. Total of 4 footers at north end of building, okay for concrete placement.
Pool perimeter enclosure 5’ okay to grout first lift. At north end.
7/2/24: 2 column footings west of clubhouse ok to place concrete, 16 columns ok to grout.
10/29/24: 13 masonry footings for columns at north side of site passed ok to proceed.
11/13/24: reinforcement per plan at CMU wall at south entry.
