The following items need to be addressed before we can forward our recommendation for your project's acceptance. 1. The following street name signs have the wrong block numbers and need to be corrected. Note: Stickers with the correct block numbers can be used to cover the wrong numbers. * Swaying Palms Avenue has 6100S, but should be 6000S and Bilby Road has 10500E, but should be 10400E. * Swaying Palms Avenue has 6100S, but should be 6000S and Lacebark Drive has 10500E, but should be 10400E. * Lacebark Drive has 10500E, but should be 10400E and Cedar Elm Lane has 6100S, but should be 6000S. * Sweet Birch Lane has 6100S, but should be 6000S at Lacebark Drive. * Valley Quail Drive has 10500E, but should be 10400E at Cedar Elm Lane. * Valley Quail Drive has 10500E, but should be 10400E and Swaying Palms Avenue has 6000S, but should be 5900S. * Capercallie Street has 10500E, but should be 10400E at Swaying Palms Avenue. * Courtland Drive has 10400E, but should be 5800S at Swaying Palms Avenue. * Capercallie Street has 10400E, but should be 10300E at Courtland Drive. * Valley Quail Drive has 10400E, but should be 10300E and Courtland Drive has 6000S, but should be 5900S. 2. All of the "No Parking" signs within the project need to be changed to read "No Parking- Fire Access". See enclosure- Sample Design Detail. 3. The following street name signs and posts are missing and need to be installed: * Capercallie Street (10400E), Courtland Drive (5900S) and post is missing from the northeast corner at the intersection. * Valley Quail drive (10400E), Courtland Drive (5900S) and post is missing from the northeast corner of the intersection. * Swaying Palm Avenue (5800S, Painted Turtle Lane (10400E) and post is missing from the northeast corner of the intersection. 4. The following signs- posts need to be installed at the four corners of the traffic circle intersection at Valley Quail Drive and Courtland Drive : * At each corner of the intersection, a "Stop" (R1-1), "4 Way" (R1-3), and a "Keep Right" (see enclosed diagram) and posts need to be installed. (Total: 4 each). |
