This office inspected the subject project on January 4, 2008, and found the following items in need of attention. Please consider this letter the punch list of items to be addressed/ rectified prior to the acceptance of improvements in the public rights-of-way by the City of Tucson for maintenance and operation. Future inspections will require a Letter of Certification that the Engineering of Record has resolved all punch list items. In addition to the following items, Traffic Engineering may have additional punch list items pertaining to traffic signage and striping.

1. Please insure that the Right-of-Way Excavation Permit is current before working on any punch list items. If the permit is expired, a new permit for the P.I.A is required prior to any remedial work or re-inspection of the subject site.
2. There are numerous gouges through out the subdivision.
3. A pile of sand that has migrated onto the curb and sidewalk, at location +/- 10+35,13' RT is to be removed.
4. All pavement cut joints are to be sealed.
5. The slopes on the curb access ramp, at location +/- 84.57 on Swaying Palms at Courtland Dr. exceeds ADA requirements.
6. The curb access ramp on the north side on Swaying Palms and the new entrance to Sierra Morado has excess concrete at the joint in the asphalt path.
7. The brass on the survey monument on Swaying Palms at location 16+98.71, 2.5 LT is not flush.
8. There is a jog on Swaying Palms that is not shown on the plans at location 17+33.05,28' LT.
9. The wing on the curb access ramp on Swaying Palms located at +/- 94.55 is broken.
10. Four survey monuments on Courtland Drive located at 10+40.90, 2.5' LT, 10+99.36,2.5' LT, 12+76.62, 2.5'LT, and 13+61.44, PC have not been installed.
11. The curb access ramp on Painted Turtle Lane between Lots 49 and 50 exceeds 12:1 slope maximum and has no 2% landing in the sidewalk area.
12. The curb access ramp on the northeast corner of Capercallie Street and Courtland Drive has no landing and exceeds 2% cross slope in the sidewalk area.
13. The curb acccess ramp on Capercallie Street at location 88.02 exceeds 2% cross slope in the sidewalk area and has no landing.
14. The Brass on the Survey Monument is not flush on Valley Quail Drive at location 17+55.49, 2.5'LT.
15. The driveway apron is broken at lot 25 on Valley Quail Drive.
16. There is an end of an irrigation line extending out of the buffer zone in front of lot 23 on Valley Quail Drive.
17. The pavement was saw cut but not removed in front of a fire hydrant on Valley Quail Drive at lot 1. The saw cuts are to be fixed.
18. The 6" reveal curb is missing at the back of the curb access ramp on the northwest corner of Valley Quail Drive and Courtland Drive.
19. The water meters are to be adjusted to grade in the wing of the driveway apron at lot 96 on Valley Quail Drive.
20. The curb access ramp between lots 93 and 94 on Valley Quail Drive does not have a landing and the sidewalk area at the top of the ramp does not have a 2% cross slope.
21. There is a hole in the pavement in front of the driveway at lot 92 on Valley Quail Drive
22. The landing on the curb access ramp, on the northeast corner of Capercallie Street and Painted Turtle Loop, exceeds 2%.
23. The sidewalk areas that extend through the private drives, 1 through 4, on Sweet Birch Lane exceed 2%.
24. The curb access ramp wing in the sidewalk area on the southeast corner of Cedar Elm Lane and Valley Quail Drive exceeds 12:1.
25. The sidewalk areas that extend through the private drives, 1 through 4, on Cedar Elm Lane exceeds 2%.
26. On sheet 16 of 20 one of the private drives on Sweet Birch Lane Storm Drain has been mislabeled.
27. Provide Asphalt testing data for this project.
28. All of the scupper faceplates require repainting.
29. Per your PIA contract, the Original, Mylar plan set, is to be stamped "As- Built" in letters no smaller than one quarter-inch high on each sheet of plan set and sealed by Engineer-of-Record and Surveyor-of-Record (if applicable) on cover sheet.

1) PER YOUR PIA CONTRACT, THE ORIGINAL, MYLAR PLAN SET IS TO BE STAMPED "AS-BUILT" IN LETTERS NO SMALLER THAN ONE QUARTER-INCH HIGH ON EACH SHEET OF PLAN SET AND SEALED BY ENGINEER-OF-RECORD AND SURVEYOR-OF-RECORD (IF APPLICABLE) ON COVER SHEET.
