Okay to place ABC pending this fix for puddle at north end of parking lot. This depressed area was discussed and agreed to with GC and JW Civil representative.

Wattle/Siltfence needs to be placed west of Trackout onto Glenn along fence-line to New Hospital Rd. Glenn needs protection between Trackout and corner of New Hospital with BMP. There is disturbed dirt and stockpiles upgrade from Glenn that needs to be protected.

Concrete washout is full and needs to be emptied.
