04/28/2026 ENGR - Drainage Structures N/A Partial Pass 24" HDPE. Last section of Pipe from STA 5 + 15.98. Upgrade to end of pipe at STA 9+83.79. Pipe is set with survey offsets and elevations nails in place. Slope along length is reasonably +/- .5% Joints look tight and correct. Sealant visible inside Basin joints to pipe. Trenching/Bedding is good okay to backfill. Submit density results to the portal.

Note: Port a John’s will be staked for next inspection.
06/29/2026 For trash and recycling enclosures N/A Partial Pass Add verts to ends of wall so there are 2 reinforced cells at both ends and 3 in the corners. Bond beam is correct, horizontal reinforceing good. Okay to grout up to bond beam of 4 Enclosures at grade. Contractor will wet set verts to continue up to top of wall for second lift. Current verts will not reach top. Reschedule this pregrout inspection for second lift. When ready to pour floor and bollards schedule this inspection so we can check reinforcing and slope of floor and bollards spacing.
