08/20/2024 ENGR Engineering Final N/A Not Ready 1) Separation between curb and PAAL, bollards are needed across the front at the door entry's to the store and at the loading area between columns. Bollards are to be no more then 5' between each bollard and set per the TSM.
2) All water harvesting areas need to be redone to have a 6" min depth from top of cut/asphalt.
3) All nursery stakes need to be pulled.
4) Van Accessible signs need to be added to all 10 ADA parking locations.
5) Need to research long term bike parking.
6) ADA rails needed at west end accessible path to store from sidewalk.
7) At same west location asphalt will have to be raised to meet the 5% rule going from the outdoor garden area to the concrete walk.
