Sidewalk at front entrance has an elevation change of greater than half an inch.
Open electric boxes on east wall by therapy pool.
Fencing not complete.
Landscaping not finished, any deviations from the plans will require an As-Built and letter from Parks & Rec outlining the changes.
Picnic table under canopy on south side wobbles, could crush small toes.
Parking lot is being replaced under a separate contract, this needs to be shown as an as-built before this permit can be closed.

Missing decomposed granite ground cover around buildings.
New plants around building have not been installed, intent is to exclude these per Parks & Rec's desire, change will need to be noted in an As-Built accompanied by a letter from Parks starting the acceptance of deviation from plans.

06/25/2025 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed Pre-construction meeting is complete. Expectations for necessary Site Engineering inspections has been conveyed to contractors. Pertinent inspections for this project will be updated and provided to contractors. No NPPO for this project, next step will be Stormwater Initial Inspection.
07/02/2025 SITE - Stormwater Setup and Controls Passed Initial SWPPP devices are in place per plans. Contractor will call in SWPPP inspections every two weeks and after rain events.
09/22/2025 Consultation SITE Passed Site visit due to recent rain events. All stormwater measures are in place and working as necessary.
10/28/2025 Passed initial grading work is complete with hubs and stakes at appropriate locations.
04/09/2026 Grading Progress ENGR Passed GSI basins are graded correctly, small water harvesting basin on north side is cut. Current plan on east side behind aquatics equipment building does not allow 5% slope for 10 feet away from building foundation (as required by IBC 1804.4)
