09/30/2024 COT - RSBU - Roof Nailing Passed 9/23/24: Strapping at garage opening required per plans, anchor bolts at garage perimeter wall must be 32" o.c, Anchor bolts required 12" from edge of sill plate, shot pins required at interior walls, 2- king studs required at opening greater than 3' 6", anchor bolt spacing greater than 48" o.c at bearing perimeter walls. Plans call for 2- 2x12 at ledgers, window sills must not be higher than 44" high, correct hanger must be installed at truss, fire blocking required at garage, straps required at back patio entrance, no truss clacs provided, no ladder access.
