TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 23, 2017

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. It appears that the parapet shown at the northwest corner of the building exceeds the allowed 4'-0" height see LUC Section 3.2.7.3.E.

3. The building plans must be approved and stamped by the design professional prior to approval by zoning.

4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

03/27/2017 CLAURIE1 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL REVIEW Reqs Change Plan review for compatibility of permit elevations to approved design package elevations:

A09.001 East Elevation

A09.003 West Elevation
A09.004 South Elevation

Elevations are not compatible with the design package.

The minor exception was on the East Elevation- the double doors were replaced with a roll door, and at the center of the elevation, the design was changed from stucco to brick.

Final plan elevations to be reviewed for consistancy.
