Site Engineering Administrative Comments:
1. Application incomplete – Previous comment not fully addressed. It is required that a drainage report to show compliance with the City of Tucson first flush retention and balanced basin detention requirements. This includes showing first-flush calculations in Cubic Feet rather than gallons, as well as demonstrating the development is following balanced basin detention requirements which are that post-development site discharges for the 2-, 10-, & 100-year are equal to or less than pre-development levels.
a. Refer to the Design standards for Stormwater Detention and Retention Chapters 2, 3, & 4. Drainage report content and format requirements can be found in chapter 10 of the DSSDR as well.
2. On the grading sheet (C6.0) or the cover sheet (G0.0), provide total cut/fill quantities as well as total acres of disturbance. NOTE: if acres of disturbance is greater than 1 acre – a SWPPP and Dust control permit will be required at time of resubmission.
3. As a recommendation, id suggest referring to Administrative Manual 2-06.0.0 and ensure that all necessary/required general notes as well as information/content requirements are fully met/addressed.
