Residential Group Dwelling – Mixed Use is an allowed use in the zone under the Main Gate UOD 1. Zoning has reviewed the foundation plan for compliance with DP20-0152. And although it appears that the plans match until the DP is approved Zoning cannot approve the foundation plans. 2. Provide a drawing index that provides the page number and the total number of pages in the package (i.e., sheet xx of xx) to help facilitate review. 3. Provide a break down showing each type of unit by square footage and the number of each type unit so that impact fees can be assessed.
