2) COMPLETE ALL SIGN INSTALLATIONS AS NOTED ON ANY OF THE APPROVED PLANS FOR THIS SITE, THIS WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TOO "STOP SIGNS", "NO PARKING OR FIRE ACCESS SIGNS", "SPEED LIMIT SIGNS", AND "DO NOT ENTER" SIGNS.
3) COMPLETE ALL DRAINAGE WAYS AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED SET OF PLANS FOR THIS SITE AND ENSURE THAT THEY ARE CLEAN AND CLEAR OF ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS. THIS WILL INCLUDE ALL DRAINAGE WAYS EITHER CONSTRUCTED OUT OF CONCRETE OR OF EARTH THAT WILL CONVEY WATER THROUGH THIS SITE. THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE ALL INLET STRUCTURE EITHER FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF WATER OR FOR THE SERVICE ACCESS FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES AND ANY PROTECTIVE BARRIERS FOR SAID ITEMS.
4) INSTALL TRASH ENCLOSURES AS NOTED ON ANY OF THE APPROVED PLANS IF THE WORK HAS NOT BEEN INCLUDED ON ANY OTHER ON GOING PERMITS FOR THIS SITE.
5) COMPLETE ALL WALLS AS NOTED ON THE APPROVED SETS OF PLANS FOR THIS SITE. A KNOWN SECTION OF WALL IS MISSING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THIS SITE AT THIS TIME.
6) PROVIDE THIS DEPARTMENT A SIGNED AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROPERTIES LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THIS SITE AND THE SITE SOUTH OF THIS PROJECT. THE SOUTHERN WALL FOR THIS SITE HAS BEEN ATTACHED TO AN EXISTING WALL THAT WAS CONSTRUCTED AND IS CURRENTLY OWNED BY ANOTHER PROPERTY OWNER. THERE HAVE BEEN CONCERNS NOTED IN THE MANNER IN WHICH THE WALL WAS ATTACHED AND THE MATERIAL THAT WAS USED FOR BACKFILL MATERIAL AGAINST THIS WALL.

AS A GENERAL NOTE THIS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A FULL AND COMPLETE LIST OF MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS DUE TO THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF WORK THAT IS STILL NEEDED ON THIS SITE. REFER TO ALL APPROVED DOCUMENTATION, PLANS, AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A LIST OF ALL ITEMS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THIS SITE PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION. ANOTHER INSPECTION OF THE SITE WILL BE REQUIRED ONCE ALL OF THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED FOR ALL OUTSTANDING INSPECTIONS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED.
