Note about basins: and Basins 1 and 2 are complete ready for Landscaping/Hydroseed after backfilling drainpipe. Basin 3 is close to 100%. The last 10 feet or so at north end of basin needs some material removed where outlet weir is- to match grade sheet 4 of 12. The 9ā water harvesting area along South edge of property, to the west of driveway is also formed. It just needs a little reworking so the bottom is flat not a āvā profile. The small water harvesting area to east of same driveway will be formed when parking area and driveway are graded. Currently is is also blocked with construction entrance. |

It looks like it was pulled up in the process grouting rip rap around it. It is now higher than correct invert elevation 78.5' per plan. Fix this per plan. Other grouted riprap at the pipe inlet and outlet between basin 1 and 2 are still not correct. Wattle needs to protect inlets and outlets Per SWPPP plan. All need to be protected if they are not actively being worked on. I had this discussion with contractor yesterday to remind him. |
