| 04/15/2026 | Partial Pass | 6 inch HDPE drain pipe connecting basin one and two is now trenched and bedded sufficiently. Inverts correct. OK to backfill and compact both drain pipes at north west corner of site. Butter and seal drain pipe outlet at channel and trim drain pipe flush with gunnite. Note about basins: and Basins 1 and 2 are complete ready for Landscaping/Hydroseed after backfilling drainpipe. Basin 3 is close to 100%. The last 10 feet or so at north end of basin needs some material removed where outlet weir is- to match grade sheet 4 of 12. The 9” water harvesting area along South edge of property, to the west of driveway is also formed. It just needs a little reworking so the bottom is flat not a “v” profile. The small water harvesting area to east of same driveway will be formed when parking area and driveway are graded. Currently is is also blocked with construction entrance. |
