| 07/10/2026 | PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE | Passed | Contractor will get CGP and NOI now. NPPO transplanting will be happening in the next couple weeks with the plants being relocated to the area to the west of basin that will not be disturbed again and plants will be protected and watered as needed to ensure viability. You should schedule NPPO Initial inspection before transplanting so we can see plants were marked to plan. Once NOI and NPPO initial inspection are done construction activity at north end with the new outlet weir at Basin can start and inspections can be scheduled. BMP's will be used here per the SWPPP plan to protect disturbed areas as needed. Water meter/Hydrant will be placed at SE corner also w/ SWPPP BMP's. As the project progresses BMP's will be placed as needed following the SWPPP. Benchmark for site is the original Outlet Weir that was surveyed and included in As-Builts of previous permit of site on East side. Schedule drainage structure inspection for weir when forms are ready. We will inspect the site Biweekly for The SWPPP to ensure correct BMP’s are in place and functioning. |
