Development package is close to being finished. He will repair a couple areas in the paving before striping this weekend. I showed him some landscape areas that are supposed to be 8 inches below top of curb. Will do a sidewalk inspection tomorrow to ensure slopes are good for ADA access. Striping inspection should be good for Monday, and Waterharvesing when landscape areas addressed and ready. Looking for TCO level 4 by Dec. 19

Water Harvesting Basins 9,10 and 11 are not 6" below top of Curb. Basin 10 will be limited by the Grading plan but some of it can be cut in towards the curb cut next to it which will help with the drainage of the ADA parking adjacent to it...Correct these Areas as discussed with contractor.

01/29/2025 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed contractor needs to get a letter from engineering of record to sign off on all the storm dreamed that has been placed from January 27 back to the start of the project. The City Of Tucson will start inspecting all the stormwater drains and water harvesting and spillway starting from January 28 forward. Contractor also needs to be aware that the City Of Tucson will need all third-party testing for subgrade AB grade and asphalt and concrete starting January 29. Contractor needs to have all third-party testing file on site at all times with a large set of approved plans and as built and changes.
