contractor has not completed the striping on the paving and in the handicap area. Call contractor also needs to address the entryway coming into the building because the truncated dome access ramp on the west side is getting filled with water . |

Contractor called in the wrong inspection. Contractor needed to call in consultation inspection. The superintendent Jon gave me a hardcopy of all material tested on site. Will start calling in all the open inspections so we can mark them off as passed. |
