12/16/2025 Passed Site striping is complete. Pedestrian circulation is correct. Handrail on ramp and bike parking will be confirmed during Engineering Final Inspection.
12/16/2025 Passed Sidewalks and flatwork is complete. Remaining section in drive-through will be finished durning tenant improvement work.
12/16/2025 Final inspection to ensure all landscape and water harvesting SITE Passed Water harvesting areas are correct.
12/16/2025 LAND Landscape Appearance & Function Final Passed Final touches being completed. Trees need loose ties, ground cover rock needs finished. Completion will be confirmed at Engineering Final Inspection.
