Footer correct to building plans. Campaction reinforcing and dimensions are correct. This section of wall footer is OK to pour.
Build wall to plan in two lifts and call us out for a pre-grout inspection when done with first lift. Also call us out to look at any other site wall footers.

Site is surveyed and stakes and nails are correct to plan. Curbs are in in parking lot and layed out correct to survey. Lot is rough, grade break is in but grading for paving will not start until sometime in October.

Fix the Trackout at the exit. Dirt is leaving the site. Clean the road up.

Horizontal reinforcing needed 16” oc in wall. Put it in and build the wall up another 2 courses before pre grout inspection on 1st lift.

Sidewalk forms and curb ramp at West side and East side of building. Landings, cross slope and running slope are good. There is a PAG Type 1 scupper at west side down spout. Where is the roof drain on east side of building water? Has this been revised or as built will be provided?
