**Scope of Work – Mini-Split Heat Pump Replacement** This project consists of the removal and replacement of an existing mini-split heat pump system with a new like-for-like mini-split heat pump system of equivalent capacity and function. Work includes: * Removal and proper disposal of the existing indoor air handler and outdoor condensing unit. * Installation of a new like-for-like mini-split heat pump system in the existing locations. * Reuse of the existing line set if it is determined to be compatible and in acceptable condition, or replacement if required by the manufacturer's specifications. * Installation of new refrigerant, condensate, and electrical connections as required. * Pressure testing, evacuation of the refrigerant piping, charging the system per manufacturer specifications, and verifying proper operation. * All work will be performed in accordance with the current manufacturer's installation instructions, the City of Tucson requirements, and all applicable International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Residential Code (IRC), International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. No changes are being made to the building layout or the intended use of the space. This is a like-for-like replacement of the existing mini-split heat pump system.
