10/15/2026 Prior to Final - Special Inspections - Pima County Industrial Wastewater Control delegates the applicant’s or its wastewater pretreatment facility design contractor to provide proof to the City of Tucson that the proposed wastewater pretreatment facility meets the BOD and temperature reduction requirements set forward by the Pima County Industrial Wastewater Control in addition to meeting any other environmental regulation design requirements. Upon operations, IWC will provide the pretreatment facility operation inspections and amend the process facility existing industrial wastewater permit.
