09/14/2023 PDSD Site/Engineering Division - Landscaping Passed Landscaping for this site has only been completed in the following areas:
1) DP20-0189 AJO MARKET PLACE page 14 of 23 the Common Area Basin E and the Common Area north of the Raising Cane’s property boundaries from the western driveway entrance to the western boundary of Raising Cane’s property.
2) DP21-0029 RAISING CANE’S page 15 to 26 within the property boundaries of Raising Cane’s as noted on the Approved plans for this site.
3) DP20-0204 RUDY’S pages 9 to 13 within the property boundaries as noted on the Approved plans for this site.
No other Landscaping has been completed on this site at this time and will need to be Completed and Approved on the Phase 2 portion of this Project before that Development Package/Plan can be fully Approved and Finaled
09/14/2023 PDSD Site/Engineering Division - NPPO Passed
09/14/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Passed The main roadway through this site in the parking lot for raising Cane’s and Rudy’s has been completed at this time but all other work is still remaining to be completed under the phase 2 portion of this site. Currently the plans are being reviewed and once they have been Approved then all the remaining work that has not been completed at this time will fall under the new permit for the phase 2 portion of the site. This will allow for the closure of DP20–0189 and the Assurances for S20–031.
09/14/2023 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up Passed This Inspection will be adjusted to the Phase 2 that is being currently reviewed, all ongoing work will be established under the new plans once they have been Reviewed and Approved.
09/14/2023 ENGR Grading Final Passed This permit has been inspected to see what work has been completed as shown on the approved plans DP20-0189. The two entrances coming in off of AJO Way have been completed but not fully per the Approved Plans. The Eastern Entrance is missing the Planter Island that is shown on page 4 of 23 and noted in Note #8 on that same page. The main P.A.A.L. for this site has been constructed. Also the work for Lots #3 and #6 has been completed per their Approved Development Packages DP20-0204 and DP21-0029 within their property boundaries. At this time the following items have been noted damaged and will need to be repaired as soon as possible since they present Health and Safety issues for the Pedestrian Traffic that may be within the boundaries of this Project:
1) The Sidewalk has been damaged in various locations along the west side of the Western P.A.A.L. from Ajo Way back too Rudy’s. This will need to repaired as determined by the Engineering Review Staff during the Review process for the Phase 2 portion of this work.
2) The handrail has been damaged and removed on the west side of the western entrance. Replace the previously damaged sections with new handrail and ensure that they it meets all current Codes for handrail details and requirements.

All other Grading and Landscape work still remains mostly outstanding and will be required to be Completed and Approved as noted in the Revised Drawings for Phase 2 of this site.
